By accessing or using Closer Catalyst services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

As a client, you agree to:
One-Time Packages: Payment is due in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery timelines begin once payment is received and all required materials are provided.
Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
One-Time Packages: We will work with you until you're satisfied with the deliverables. If you're not happy with the final product, we'll make revisions based on your feedback.
Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the sales call transcripts, recordings, and other materials you provide to us.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the customized sales enablement materials we create for you (e.g., objection handling libraries, playbooks, knowledge bases). You may use these materials internally within your organization.
Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label our deliverables without explicit written permission. The Closer Catalyst methodology, templates, and processes remain our intellectual property.
We treat all client information, including sales call data, as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement.

Timelines may be extended if additional information is needed or if you request revisions beyond the scope of the original agreement.
Closer Catalyst provides sales enablement and training services. We do not guarantee specific sales results, revenue increases, or close rate improvements. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your team's execution, market conditions, and offer quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closer Catalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or reputation.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
